These Terms are a contract between you and LeadShala ("Elyxis", "we", "us"). They govern your use of the Elyxis app and website (the "Service"). Please read them. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a medical device. Always talk to a qualified healthcare professional before starting, stopping, or changing any supplement, medication, diet, or exercise — and never delay or disregard professional advice because of something in the app. If you may be having a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Elyxis. The Service is intended for general adult wellness use. It is not intended for, and should not be used by, anyone under 18.
Elyxis is general wellness software and is not designed for people who need medical supervision for the things they wish to track. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a diagnosed medical condition, or take prescription medication, please consult your clinician before using Elyxis to experiment with anything that could affect your health.
Elyxis lets you choose an everyday variable (for example, a supplement or a habit), runs a structured personal "n-of-1" experiment, lets you record a simple daily rating and optionally connect a wearable, and then produces a plain, uncertainty-aware summary of whether the change appeared to help you.
Elyxis does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease; recommend or prescribe any dose, drug, or course of action; or replace professional medical, nutritional, or psychological advice. Results describe an association in your own data over a short period and are not proof. Your body, circumstances, and the products you use are yours to manage with your healthcare providers.
Elyxis offers a free tier and paid plans (currently monthly and annual), and may offer a free trial. Specific prices are shown in the app or on our pricing page at the time you subscribe.
You agree not to: use Elyxis for any unlawful purpose; rely on it for medical decisions; attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service; upload false, harmful, or infringing content; or use the Service to harm yourself or others. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or put themselves or others at risk.
The health and experiment data you enter is yours. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to operate and improve the Service and provide your results, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data as set out there. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your health or wearable data for advertising.
The Elyxis app, website, branding, content, and the methodology behind our analyses are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own wellness use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.
Elyxis works with third parties such as Apple Health / HealthKit, Google Health Connect, the Apple App Store and Google Play, and payment and infrastructure providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, and the accuracy of wearable data depends on your device and provider.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any result, insight, or estimate is accurate, complete, or suitable for any decision. Elyxis makes no medical claims and gives no medical warranty. To the extent any warranty cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the minimum permitted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elyxis and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or health outcomes, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100 (or local equivalent). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elyxis from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your reliance on the Service for medical or other decisions it is not intended for.
You may stop using Elyxis and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; the sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., data, IP, disclaimers, liability) will survive.
As Elyxis grows beyond this first version, we will update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will give reasonable notice (for example, in-app or by email). Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to any mandatory local consumer-protection law that gives you other rights, the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to these Terms or the Service.
